Caution notice to Overseas Shipping Service Users

Be sure to check the following notes before using our service.

When you order goods at shopping sites, Please make sure to put down your ID number along with our designated office address when you ask any shops to send your goods.
Any questions or inquiries about your purchased goods should be taken care of by shops or selling agents where you bought.
Any direct mails or catalogues sent separately by the shops are discarded.
Some goods cannot be handled due to the laws or treaties. Please consult your shops in advance and purchase any goods.
Regarding the Conditions of Shipment Some goods cannot be shipped according to countries or areas. Please consult your shops in advance and purchase any goods.

When you ask for our service, Please follow the directions and fill out an application form.
Any entry of contents of your package is only for preparation of an invoice, not for inspection.
Please keep in mind that any damage claims cannot be accepted if there is false declaration about the contents of your package.
Your request for additional package can be accepted within 10 days as your first request for shipment unit was made.
We keep your goods for two weeks after your first goods of the shipment unit has arrived at our office. Please make sure of the arrival of goods and then apply for our service.
When you request for the RE-PACKING option, any catalogues and unnecessary packing materials are removed except the invoice.
Thus if you need the enclosed catalogues or if you do not need the invoice, please let us know your wish by using a column of Option Remarks.
If you wish to ask the shop to send your goods by collect on delivery, please inform us the matter the day of delivery before.
When your goods are arrived at the "BFC", We keep your goods from the shops without opening the box nor checking its contents with your application.
Your good judgment is required as to what to ship since we do not inspect your goods whether they are forbidden or restricted.
In following cases, we may open the box from the shops.
  • When it is difficult to identify a name of customer.
  • When there are seemingly any damages in your goods we receive.
  • When we find it difficult to ship your goods because unnecessary packing has been done.
  • When the goods are involved in any crime such as misuse of credit cards, monetary fraud and so on.
  • When we find it necessary to do so as we provide our service.
As to your goods sent by collect on delivery, they will be kept at the delivery company office until your payment has been done first. Then we accept them and take a procedure for reception.
We keep your goods for two weeks after your first goods of the shipment unit has arrived at our office.
Even though we take a procedure for insurance policy on behalf of you, it does not mean that we compensate for any damages of your goods.
When we prepare for your shipment at the "BFC", Up to this point, the contents of your application form on the MY PAGE cannot be changed. Therefore you can contact us by the e-mail or the message box if you wish.
The customs declaration as well as the invoice are prepared either in English or in French.
Thus if you have any requests regarding the declared value of your goods or ways of writing, please let us know your wish by using a column of Option Remarks.
When you request for the RE-PACKING option, please keep in mind the following points.
  • Even if we remove any catalogues or unnecessary packing materials from the box, we may leave any enclosed free samples or important documents in it.
  • If we consider that the packing materials inside the box are strong enough to be shipped overseas, we use them as they are.
  • The invoice will not be discarded unless you ask us to do so.
When you request for the GUARD PACKING option, please keep in mind the following points.
  • This option is for preventive measures but not for absolute protection. We do not guarantee you against any damages in your goods even if we pack them with care.
Even though we take a procedure for insurance policy on behalf of you, it does not mean that we compensate for any damages of your goods.
About the customs under shipment Any customs duty on your goods depends on customs officers of the land. Thus we are not in position to tell you it in advance.
The customs declaration as well as the invoice are prepared either in English or in French. Thus if you have any requests regarding the declared value of your goods or ways of writing, please let us know your wish by using a column of Option Remarks.
You are solely responsible for any duty on your goods asked by the local customs.
About confiscation or delay due by the customs under shipment We are not responsible at all for any confiscation or delay of your goods by the local customs.
Any of your goods returned to our office due to prohibition or restriction are informed you by e-mail and are kept for a month.
If you wish to ship them again, you are asked to pay for the usual service charges as well as overseas shipping fees.
Any of your goods returned to our office are kept for a month and discarded according to our regulation.
About restitution under shipment Any compensation for damages, loss, robbery, or delay under shipment is taken care of by the shipping company(the third party) according to its compensation regulation of shipment.
We do claim the shipping company for compensation and take a procedure on your behalf. However we ourselves do not compensate you.
We cannot claim the shipping company in any cases, of course, if you haven't insured your goods.
In addition, the shipping company cannot be claimed if there is false declaration of the contents of your goods at the point of your application.
As for the shipment as Small Packages or Printing Materials by airmail, sea mail or SAL, we cannot trace back your package or claim for compensation because neither package number nor insurance policy is provided.
Please keep in mind that confiscation of your goods by the local customs cannot be compensated.

Any of your goods returned to our office due to the absence of addressee or the overrun of storage period are informed you by e-mail and are kept for a month.
If you wish to ship them again, you are asked to pay for the usual service charges as well as overseas shipping fees. Please make sure of the storage period by a local agent in case of the absence of addressee.
Any of your goods returned to our office are kept for a month and discarded according to our regulation.
